History
The Clinic was set up twenty years ago by Carole Bradshaw. It moved to Chipping Norton nine years ago. The clinic is now located in the White Hart Mews, where the property offers the space for an expanding physiotherapy service.
The development of the Clinic has progressed steadily over the years here in Chipping Norton. Support from GP practices, consultants in Banbury and Oxford and the patients, has given a strong community feel to the Clinic.
Assessments and subsequent treatments depend on a partnership between patient and physiotherapist to resolve the existing problem and prevent future occurrences.
Liaisons with other clinical specialities enable the practice to refer patients for scans or other investigations (if applicable) once such options have been discussed with the patient. This achieves the comprehensive approach to the physiotherapy offered at this clinic.
Carole Bradshaw MCSP
Carole qualified at St. Thomas' Hospital, London in 1975. Her career has included NHS & Private sector physiotherapy specialising in rehabilitation, spinal care, musculoskeletal work and joint mobilisation.
Lucinda Brock
Lucinda qualified in 2001 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy. In 2006 she completed an MSc in Advanced Musculo-Skeletal Physiotherapy. She is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and has also qualified as a Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and teaches classes in Chipping Norton and Woodstock.
David Cootes
David qualified from the University of Brighton in 2006. David's career has included both NHS and private work focusing in the musculoskeletal setting. As well as working at Chipping Norton Physiotherapy Clinic he currently works for Oxford Health NHS foundation trust, based at both Witney Community Hospital and Chipping Norton War Memorial Hospital.
