Mummy and Baby Classes
We have great fun thinking about posture, pelvic floor, tummy muscles and relaxing while entertaining little ones. Yes, mothers can achieve that all in one go. Arm muscles are getting stronger – babies make the best weights! There is no better way for a mother to think about her posture than when she is actually holding her baby.

The class runs every Tuesday from 11-12 and we are limiting the class size to 6 mummies (or daddies) and their babies.
The classes are £8.50 per session (booked in advance). All classes are taught by physiotherapists who have been trained in pre and post-natal pilates. To start the class you must be given the go-ahead at your 6-week check. Babies are welcome in the class until they are fully crawling (average age is 2-8 months). No previous pilates experience is necessary.
