She is coping really well with her walker and takes nice small but fairly quick (for her) steps. Thank you so much for all your help getting her moving – I honestly don’t think it would have happened without you.

Thank you so much for welcoming myself and my baby into the world of Pilates, I have enjoyed every session and it has really been helping my back, pelvis and hips. I have loved being able to have my baby with me and meet other mums at the same time.
It’s such a friendly and welcoming place to come and enjoy a class with lovely people.

Just want to say a quick thank you to Louisa for helping me sort out my knee to enable me to compete in and complete last weekends extremely hard London Marathon. I ended up going much slower than expected due to the heat plus I damaged the other knee after about 16 miles but it is feeling a lot better a week on from the run!

I’d like to take this opportunity to say how much I have benefitted from your services. I am sure my progress would not have been nearly so good without your help. I really appreciate the home visits, your attention to detail and professionalism.

I cannot thank you enough for all your support re: my hips and limbs in general.  All exercises are going very well and I feel confident about our walk in Italy with plenty of time to look at flowers and spot birds! M.T June 2018

Just a few words to thank you for your excellent treatment and for making life bearable again. I shall certainly be back at the first sign of a recurrence of my troubles.
